What is a checkpoint?+
A checkpoint is a physical point your guards verify during a patrol via QR or NFC: a door, a fire extinguisher, a sensitive area. We bill per checkpoint because it represents the real value you protect, not the number of guards.
How many controllers or guards can I have?+
Unlimited on every plan, including Free. You can add your whole team at no extra cost; you only pay for the checkpoints you configure.
What happens if I exceed my included checkpoints?+
On paid plans you add extra checkpoints at your plan's per-checkpoint rate. On the Free plan, once you pass 5 checkpoints we suggest moving to Pro.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and cancel whenever you want; there is no lock-in.
How does annual billing work?+
With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
Do prices include taxes?+
Prices are shown excluding taxes. Applicable taxes (for example VAT or sales tax) are added at billing time based on your country.
