Your guard tour system, inside the assistant you already use

The PatrolTech MCP connector gives Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Cursor and any compatible client secure access to your account. You sign in with your PatrolTech user and the assistant sees what you see: the organizations and sites you have access to, with the permissions of your role. It can look up rounds, scans, incidents and access logs, and prepare changes such as new checkpoints or routes. Nothing is applied until you confirm it. It works on the Free plan and replies in your language.

What you can ask

Write the way you would talk to your operations manager. The assistant picks the right lookup and answers with your account's data.

  • "Which patrol rounds were missed yesterday?"
  • "Show me suspicious scans from the last 7 days."
  • "Which checkpoints haven't been scanned in over a week?"
  • "Who is inside the warehouse right now?"
  • "Create a night route with Main entrance, Parking and Loading dock, every hour from 22:00 to 06:00."
  • "Mark the 'Broken fence' incident as resolved with a comment."

Your AI assistant

Connected to PatrolTech over MCP

  1. Operations manager: Which patrol rounds were missed yesterday?

  2. Assistant: Yesterday had 14 scheduled rounds: 13 completed and 1 missed, the 03:00 round at North Warehouse. The 05:00 round was also incomplete: the "Loading dock" checkpoint was skipped.

  3. Operations manager: Add "Loading dock" to the evening route too.

  4. Assistant: Here is the change I'd make: add "Loading dock" at the end of the "North Warehouse Evening" route. Shall I confirm it?

  5. Operations manager: Yes, go ahead.

  6. Assistant: Done. The "North Warehouse Evening" route now includes "Loading dock".
